President’s Report (Jack Keightley)
Jack held an executive meeting January 5, 2011 to discuss events, dates, and welcome newly elected officers. Winter League shooting began February 1, 2011 at 7:00p at Town Hall Archery. If anyone's interested please contact Rich Kurtzeborn.
We had a work day scheduled for February 5, 2011 which was cancelled due to severe weather conditions. The Sweetheart Shoot remains scheduled for February 20, 2011 so mark your calendars.
In addition, March 12, 2011 is the SCA annual Awards Banquet at Shrewsbury Recreation Center. Cost is $20/person BYOB and door open 7:00pm- midnight. Bob Urbanek will be organizing the event. Please see him for reservations and questions.
There have been some Calendar changes to some of our events due to scheduling conflicts. Please see our calendar of events below for current updates.
The Archery Council is trying to disband according to the Archery Council president who is recommending split w/ remaining monies divided equally between clubs. A Ballot was sent to Rich Kurtzeborn and Jack is recommending we vote YES on disbanding.
Jack also expanded on how appreciative the 3 families were that SCA helped during the holiday season. We received the names from Vincent DePaul for 3 families in the St. Bernadette's Parish.
Important: March SCA club meeting will be March 10, 2011 due to conflicts w/ St. Patrick's Day!

John tabled the idea of having a sign-up sheet for weekly jobs at our fun shoots. This way it will eliminate the same people doing jobs all year. He also recommends that we have one of two people stay at the end of our range to watch for target theft during the Fun Shoot season.
Target frames have been completed and John will pick-up from the welding shop.
Master Bowhunter Recorder (Earl Willenbrock )
