Officer Reports

President’s Report (Mike Gapsch)
Work day is next Saturday, March 14 8 am at the range – make sure you check in so you can get credit – a planning discussion was held

Two new signs have been added near the pavilion stating that crossbows are now permitted and added safety.
If you harvested anything this year, be sure to get trophy plates to Ken Winkelman to have them engraved.

Banquet is March 22nd – deadline is 3/17 – be sure to invite friends and family, it’s a lot of fun!

A flier was designed showcasing all tournaments – please share – Mike Gapsch has 200 hard copies that can be distributed to promote – first tournament is March 28.

April 1st is the first Wednesday shoot
Crossbows can be used throughout the entire range during tournaments and Wednesday night shoots but are only allowed on lanes 1-9 all other times.

Secretary Report (Joe Maddock)
Share your pics & stories in the woods on our club Facebook site: South County Archers St. Louis. If you are not already on there go to the site and send me a request to join. Also, please invite other to like and join our site as well. Secondly, you can also email your harvest photos to pics@southcountyarchers.com so we can upload to a gallery site that we are putting together. Be on the lookout for updates to our website and social
media pages. Lastly, if you know someone who you feel would be a good fit for our club please invite them to attend our functions and help sponsor them to become active members. Also, if anyone would like to purchase SCA apparel we have hats, polo shirts & T-shirts available for purchase. See Jon for details & to check available sizes.

Master Bowhunter Recorder (Ken Winkelman)
Please register your deer – even if you don’t want personal accolades, it helps the club. club hunt is October 15th-18th.

Park Representative Report (Tom Rizzo)

Membership Secretary Report (Jon Adams)
SCA Camo Hats $20 – SCA Classic Orange Hats $20 – SCA Beenie Hats $20

Dues are due April 1st $30 for an individual $40 for a family

Social media presence is improving – be sure to continue posting and sharing to promote the club.

Tournament Secretary Report (Shane Walz)
No Report

New Business/Old Business

Constitution was reviewed and no changes or updates were suggested.

3 pallets of target material, frame material, a sprayer, a pull behind, and rock were purchased thanks to the grant.

For the work day – it is suggested to bring 5/16th wrenches, cordless drills, levels, shovels, and pliers.

An updated phone list was requested – privacy concerns were raised – no decision made at this time.
