October 10-13, 2019 Annual Hunt and Fish Camp

No Meeting November 2019

December 05, 2019 Club Meeting starts @ 7:30 PM @ the Oakville Elks Club AKA Christmas Party. Please bring a side and the club will supply the main course. Contact Mike Gapsch if you have any questions about menu. We will be changing it up a little for 2019. In lieu of can goods we will be accepting cash donations to donate to the needy.

March 22, 2020 Awards Banquet at Genesis 5:00PM – 7:30 PM Mark your calendars this should be a fun night! Tickets / Signup Sheet will be available hopefully at the Christmas Party.

Share your pics & stories in the woods on our club Facebook site: South County Archers St. Louis. If you are not already on there go to the site and send me a request to join. Also, please invite other to like and join our site as well. Secondly, you can also email your harvest photos to pics@southcountyarchers.com so we can upload to a gallery site that we are putting together. Be on the lookout for updates to our website and social media pages. Lastly, if you know someone who you feel would be a good fit for our club please invite them to attend our functions and help sponsor them to become active members. Also, if anyone would like to purchase SCA apparel we have hats, polo shirts & T-shirts available for purchase. See Jon for details & to check available sizes.

Remember to send verification of your harvest to Ken Winkelman directly at with a photo and information to bow vs cross-bow. Club hunt is next week – volunteers will be necessary, contact Ken.

Nominations for the next year were read – no spots were contested.

Big Game Hunters is having their annual dinner Feb 9th – Henry Drane suggested purchasing the same number of tickets as last year. Bass Pro Shop event continues to pay dividends for the group – The St. Charles location would asked if they could support SCA – information was passed to Mike Gapsch who is working hardo n working through the process.
